Persyaratan
Applicants must have a completed Master's degree from a university outside of Japan by the time of entry to the graduate school and have a minimum school education of 15 years, or an academic capability equivalent to Master's degree holders outside of Japan.
Please keep in mind that applicants are not allowed to defer their admission to the next academic year.

Requirements for Completion of the Ph.D Program
three or more years of academic study in the Doctoral Program,
completion of the Graduate Research 2 (six credits),
approval of the doctoral dissertation,
and passing of the final evaluation
As an exception, a student may complete his doctoral program in one to two and a half years (a total of three or more years combined with the time spent in the Master's program) if he prodeces outstanding research results.
