Beasiswa: Schlumberger, Faculty for the future
Persyaratan
The long-term goal is to support role models and facilitate an improved gender balance at faculty level so that more young women are attracted into scientific disciplines. Grant recipients in the Faculty for the Future program are expected to return to their home countries to continue their academic careers.
The Faculty for the Future program is designed for women who meet the following criteria:
are preparing for master's, PhD, or postdoctoral study in the physical sciences and related technologies;
have a proven track record demonstrating commitment to teaching;
can demonstrate active participation in faculty live and outreach to encourage young women in to the sciences;
have a strong academic record, with teaching and research experience.
Bentuk Beasiswa
Grants, provided by the Schlumberger Foundation, will be in the USD 25,000 to 50,000 per year range and may be renewed once. The amount of the grant will depend on the actual costs of study and living in the chosen location.

Schlumberger in Indonesia are running in-country pre-selection processes. If you are from either of these countries you should submit your applications form to: indonesiafftf@slb.com
Candidates from all other countries should apply directly to the Schlumberger Foundation by downloading all of the application forms below and carefully following the instructions.
Direct applications must be submitted by December 15th 2006 with no exceptions.
We expect that many candidates will already be in the process of applying to graduate schools and conditional awards may be made prior to acceptance at school as funding is often a requirement for admission. However, all awards are subject to admission to an appropriate graduate program. Please do not apply if you will not be starting your study program before Spring 2008.
